For many of our clients, we go onsite to conduct a focus group. These sessions last about ninety minutes and help not only bring buy-in, but also generate many fresh ideas for the book. We’ve done these focus groups for clients as diverse as Dallas Theater Center in Texas and LSU in Baton Rouge. For client NISC, a national technology company, we conducted ten hour-long focus groups in North Dakota and Saint Louis. There is no charge for this service.
