University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health recently commissioned Bookhouse to publish a comprehensive history of the school, encompassing more than six decades. Founded in 1948, the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health is world-renowned for contributions that have influenced public health practices and medical care for millions of people. Widely recognized as one the top-ranked schools of public health in the country, its alumni are among the leaders in their fields. GSPH is an established leader in research related to women’s health, HIV/AIDS, and human genetics, among others. This eagerly anticipated commemorative book is scheduled for publication in 2012.
