Voices in the Desert, our history of the most prestigious independent school in the Southwest, was recently released to critical acclaim. Founded in the early 1960s as little more than a dream in the desert, Phoenix Country Day grew to be a national scholastic leader. “The finished publication was exactly what PCDS envisioned,” said the school. “Perhaps even better.”
